Adrianne Thompson

Adrianne Thompson is an attorney in the Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice group of Dentons Sirote PC in their Tuscaloosa office.  She is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law and previously worked in trust administration prior to joining the firm in 2022.  Her practice includes assisting families and individuals with structuring tax-efficient estate and business succession plans, planning with marital agreements, and advising on all aspects of estate and trust administration.  She regularly advises clients on closely held business entity formation and restructuring as well as assisting individuals and organizations with the planning and structuring of charitable gifts.
