Price Evans is Vice President and Commercial Underwriting Counsel at Mississippi Valley Title Services Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He advises Company agents and approved attorneys on title insurance policy coverages and handles commercial real estate transactions throughout Alabama and across the country. Price is a co-author of Alabama Property Rights and Remedies, Sixth Edition, professor at Birmingham School of Law, member of the Alabama Law Institute Real Estate Study Committee and a frequent speaker on real property and title insurance matters.
He is involved with the Alabama State Bar, having served two terms as Chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and a member of the ASB Leadership Forum Class 15 (2020). Price is also an active member in the Birmingham Bar Association, having served as the Secretary/Treasurer, along with previous officer positions with the Young Lawyers Section, and participant in the Future Leaders Forum (2016). Price also is the Alabama Governmental Affairs Chairman for the Southeast Land Title Association. Price received a B.A. from The University of Alabama and a J.D., with honors, from Birmingham School of Law.

Cannon Lawley is a partner in the firm and has extensive experience representing clients in a broad range of litigation and transaction matters. He also chairs our Appellate Advocacy group. Cannon’s trial and appellate practice areas include medical malpractice, governmental liability, products liability, aviation litigation, business disputes, intellectual property, employment practices, litigation, class actions and mass tort actions.
Cannon obtained an undergraduate degree in Forest Resources and remains actively involved in the management of family-owned timberland. Drawing from this practical experience, Cannon routinely assists clients with a variety of natural resource and real estate-based transactions and litigation, including those involving land and timber, oil and gas, regulatory compliance, personal injury and property damage.
Cannon earned his BS in Forest Resources from Auburn University and his JD from The University of Alabama School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Mississippi, all federal district courts in Alabama and Mississippi, the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, and before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Skinner received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his J.D., summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama, top 1% of his class. Mr. Skinner has held United States Department of Defense Ethics Counselor credentials since 2002.

Autumn Caudell earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama, and her law degree from Jones School of Law. She was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2013. Prior to joining the bar, Ms. Caudell practiced in a small firm for six years. She provided legal services in several different areas, including an emphasis on our indigent community through criminal and juvenile appointments as well as pro bono legal services with the Montgomery Volunteer Lawyers Program. She handled criminal and civil trial cases, as well as a substantial amount of transactional work and certificate of need (“CON”) work. Ms. Caudell joined the Bar as Assistant Ethics Counsel and Director of the Practice Management Assistance Program in 2019.

The experience Beau obtained as a law clerk to a U.S. bankruptcy judge and as a practicing bankruptcy attorney in the early years of his career gives him a unique advantage in dealing with commercial transactions.
