Description
On any given case, we likely spend more time in court on motion practice than we do in “trial.” With this in mind-do we invest the same amount of proactive energy into motion practice as we do in preparing for trial? The purpose of this presentation is help you focus on an area of your practice that will make you a more productive lawyer with better results.
