Mr. Morgan earned both his B. A. and J. D. from The University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice in Alabama U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Divisions and the 11th Circuit Court of Civil Appeals. Mr. Morgan's practice concentrates in the areas of Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability. He has been on the Chapter 7 trustee panel since 1989, and also presently serves as an adjunct professor at The University of Alabama Law School teaching Bankruptcy Law. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar (past chairman of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law section), and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees.
