Randy McNeill

Mr. McNeill received his B.S. from Auburn University in Montgomery and his J.D. from The University of Alabama. After law school, he began his legal career working as a law clerk for Judge H. Randall Thomas. Mr. McNeill joined Webb & Eley in 2011 after serving as Deputy Director of the Alabama Securities Commission (ASC).  Mr. McNeill has taught numerous classes to prosecutors and members of the bar on trial advocacy skills. He was a faculty member at the NITA program of prosecution of securities cases. He has been on numerous panels to discuss securities litigation issues with NASAA, SEC and the Department of Justice. Mr. McNeill appeared on ABC Primetime that covered the successful prosecution of a major securities fraud case. While employed in the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. McNeill taught numerous classes to the Montgomery Police Department and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on Fourth and Fifth Amendment issues.
