Ms. Kelly focuses her practice in the areas of trust and estate planning and estate administration.  In her estate planning practice, Ms. Kelly works closely with families and individual clients to assist them with their estate planning needs, charitable giving, and wealth preservation.  She has experience preparing wills, trust agreements, and other documents to implement effective plans.  She is recognized in Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” in the areas of Trusts and Estates, Litigation: Trusts and Estates, and Commercial Litigation.  She received her J.D. from Samford university’s Cumberland School of Law.  While in law school, Ms. Kelly also earned her MBA from Samford University’s Brock School of Business.  She graduated magna cum laude with BS in agriculture leadership and development from Texas A&M.
