Megan Huynh

Ms. Huynh received her B.A. In Environmental Policy from the University of the South, her M.A. in Environmental Economics and Policy from Duke University School of the Environment, and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law. As an attorney with the Southern Environmental Law Center, she represents environmental organizations in litigation over coastal and water issues, including challenges under the Clean Water Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and the Georgia Shore Protection Act.
