Fred Tyson-DECEASED

Mr. Tyson joined the firm in 1982 and became a shareholder in 1986. He has over thirty years of experience litigating a wide range of civil cases throughout the state. His practice is primarily devoted to the defense of physicians, hospitals, nurses and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice cases. He also handles other complex litigation matters such as legal and other professional liability cases.  Mr. Tyson has been recognized by his peers on numerous occasions for his outstanding trial skills. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, having served as president of the Alabama Chapter (2009–2010). He has been repeatedly selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® and Alabama Super Lawyers. He has been AV rated in Martindale Hubbell for almost twenty years. He is a graduate of The University of Alabama and Cumberland School of Law.
