Fred Clements

Fred Clements practices in the areas of local governmental and civil rights defense and appears regularly in federal court in cases representing governmental officials in Section 1983 actions. Prior to entering the legal field, Mr. Clements worked in the field of information technology for over ten years.  He has been with the firm of Webb & Eley since 2008 and held the position of Assistant Director of Advocacy Programs at Jones School of Law for three years.  He received his B.S. from Illinois State University and his J.D., summa cum laude, from Jones School of Law.  Mr. Clements is a member of the American Inns of Court, the Defense Research Institute, and the American Bar Association.
