Bradley F. Hayes serves as Legislative Director and oversees all aspects of Senator Tuberville’s legislative agenda. Mr. Hayes, a native of Mobile, previously served as Vice President of External Affairs at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, and Program Associate Director at the Office of Management and Budget in the Trump Administration. While at the White House, Mr. Hayes also held senior executive positions at the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Mr. Hayes is a 2005 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and 1999 graduate of Birmingham-Southern College. Following law school, Mr. Hayes served as Deputy Chief Counsel on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee for former Senator Jeff Sessions before serving as a Director of Congressional and Public Affairs at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
