Bradford Caraway

Chapter 13 Trustee

Mr. Caraway received his B.A. undergraduate degree from The University of Alabama and his J.D. from Cooley Law School (Western Michigan University). After representing debtors in consumer bankruptcy cases for a number of years, he became Staff Attorney for Linda B. Gore, Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for the Northern District of Alabama, Eastern Division. In 2017, Mr. Caraway became the Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for the Northern District of Alabama, Southern Division. Mr. Caraway is a member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees, the Birmingham Bar, and is past Chair of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section of the Alabama State Bar.
