Anthony Brian Bush, Esq., graduated from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law with honors, i.e. cum laude, where he was a Charter Member of the Patterson Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Clerk of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, served as an Honor Court Justice, and was a junior editor for the Jones Law Review.  Additionally, he received highest grade and best paper awards in multiple classes including Business Associations, Wills and Trusts, Alabama Civil Procedure, Sales – Uniform Commercial Code Article II, and Pre-trial Practice.  Mr. Bush is licensed to practice law in the courts of the State of Alabama, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama.  Mr. Bush has dedicated his practice to the areas of Bankruptcy, Constitutional Law, Construction Law, General Civil Litigation (business and consumer), Civil Rights, Consumer Rights (Fair Debt Collection, Fair Credit Reporting, Telephone Consumer Protection, Truth in Lending, Debt Collection Defense, and Wrongful Foreclosure), Employment Law, Personal Injury and Police Brutality / Misconduct.  He is a knowledgeable attorney with sophisticated strategies and records of success to protect the interests of his clients.
