Mr. Roberts received his B.A. from Samford University and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. He practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and consumer litigation. He is the author of Alabama Tort Law (7th Edition) (Lexis 2021) and the treatises, Alabama Tort Law (4th Edition) (Lexis 2004), Alabama Tort Law (3rd Edition) (Lexis/Michie 2000), Alabama Tort Law (2d Edition) (Michie 1996) and the Alabama Tort Law Handbook (Michie 1990), and their respective annual supplements, and Chapter 68, Fraud, ATLA's Litigating Tort Cases (Thomson-West 2003). Mr. Roberts has written various articles on tort and litigation topics in the Alabama Law Review, Cumberland Law Review, the Alabama Lawyer, and the Alabama Trial Lawyers Journal and is a frequent speaker at CLE seminars. He served as Law Clerk to Presiding Judge L. Charles Wright, Court of Civil Appeals of Alabama. Mr. Roberts has served with the Etowah County Bar Association (past President and past Secretary-Treasurer); the Alabama Law Foundation; The Alabama Lawyer (Editorial Board); the Alabama Association for Justice (Amicus Curiae Committee, Executive Committee); Inns of Court; and the American Association for Justice. He serves as an arbitrator in cases through the American Arbitration Association. He has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates, has been named to Best Lawyers in America since 2001, and was the recipient of the 2003 Walter P. Gewin Award from CLE Alabama.

Freddy Rubio established Rubio Law Firm in 2009 with the goal of serving Alabama’s Hispanic community. Initially, he managed a variety of cases, including family law, criminal defense, and personal injury lawsuits. Over time, his practice evolved to focus primarily on auto and work accidents, wrongful death cases, dramshop claims, and both simple and complex business litigation. He is now also licensed to practice in Georgia, where Rubio Law Firm operates an office in Norcross, targeting the Latino community.

In addition to Alabama and Georgia, Freddy has litigated cases in Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, and Michigan, and has collaborated on legal matters internationally in Costa Rica, Ecuador, and Puerto Rico. He has shared his expertise by teaching Basic Trial Advocacy as an adjunct professor at Cumberland School of Law and is frequently invited to speak to other attorneys about trial practice and techniques.

Freddy is a sustaining member and former board member of the Alabama Association for Justice. He currently serves as a Bar Commissioner with the Alabama State Bar and has been a member of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Executive Committee. His dedication to public service is further demonstrated by his involvement with numerous non-profit and civic boards, most notably his 10-year tenure on the National American Civil Liberties Union board.

Bo Bruner is a partner at Belt & Bruner, PC in Birmingham Alabama.Mr. Bruner focuses his practice on serious injury and wrongful death cases, including catastrophic car and truck accidents, medical malpractice, and product liability claims. Mr. Bruner is board-certified in trial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Drake received his B.A. and J.D. from The University of Alabama. He practices in the areas of product liability, industrial accidents, construction site injuries, bad faith, auto and trucking accidents and medical malpractice. Mr. Drake has authored several articles and seminar handouts on nursing home abuse, worker's compensation, and industrial accidents. He has been a speaker for ABICLE and Cumberland CLE programs and he has lectured extensively on trial skills and effective strategies in the courtroom. Mr. Drake is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Alabama Association for Justice and is AV rated by Martendale-Hubbel.

Gregory A. Reeves has practiced law for over 30 years. He taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Alabama School of Law and served as a faculty member at Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College based out of Wyoming.  He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Alabama Association for Justice.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Reeves has conducted numerous focus groups for both criminal and civil cases. As a young lawyer, Reeves represented a client in a capital murder trial, where his client was acquitted despite having a prior murder conviction.  Mr. Reeves practices at the trial and appellate levels. Last year, he argued before the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, obtained a $10,000,000 invasion of privacy verdict, and a $100,000 verdict in a ‘treat and release’ car wreck case.  Outside of law, Mr. Reeves served as President of the Decatur City Council.

Trey grew up in Trussville, Alabama, and went to college at Auburn University, where he majored in Finance. After graduating from Auburn, Trey was awarded an academic scholarship to attend law school at the University of Alabama.
Trey joined Gaines Gault Hendrix in 2014, and focuses on personal injury, construction defect, and telecommunications infrastructure litigation. However, prior to joining the firm, he handled cases in a wide variety of areas, ranging from bankruptcy and family law to catastrophic personal injury, class actions, and appeals before the 11th Circuit. He has worked on matters as small as drafting standard wills and incorporating single member LLCs to matters as large as the administration of mass tort settlements of over $140 million. As a result, Trey has a working knowledge of nearly every area of law he might encounter.  He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Trussville, along with his daughter, Devon, and two stepdaughters, Averi and Adalyn. Outside the office, Trey is an avid supporter of all things Auburn and loves the outdoors. He has worked with the Arthritis Foundation, the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the United Way, and is an active member of Briarwood Presbyterian Church.

She has helped secure more than $200 million in verdicts and settlements.  Stephanie graduated summa cum laude from Troy University in 2007 with a double major in political science and psychology. Before starting law school, she worked as a crisis counselor with the Federal Emergency Management Agency during the Enterprise, Alabama tornado recovery efforts. Stephanie graduated summa cum laude from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in May 2011.
