Keith began his public service career as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Montana in 2002, working at the Montana Department of Environmental Quality. He moved on to become tax counsel at the Montana Department of Revenue in 2005, where he started practicing bankruptcy. He joined Montana’s United States Attorney’s Office in 2017, and moved to southern Alabama in late 2018, where he became bankruptcy counsel at the USAO for the Southern District. Since March of 2020, he has served as the Civil Division Chief.
