Cooper Shattuck is a practicing attorney and neutral (Cooper Shattuck, LLC); primary instructor with Alabama Mediation Training; engaged principal of Cartography Consulting, LLC (which provides full-service marketing and business consulting services); frequent facilitator for strategic planning sessions and strengths-based personal assessments, team building and leadership training; and, regular speaker on mediation, negotiations, ethics, marketing, and other continuing legal education topics. In each of these roles, Cooper calls on his unique practice experiences which range from firm private practice, to Governor’s Legal Advisor, to General Counsel of the University of Alabama System, and long-time adjunct professor of law at the University of Alabama School of Law. Cooper earned his B.S. in Economics from Georgia Tech in 1987 and his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1990.
Sarah advises clients across the full spectrum of cybersecurity risk management, including proactive advisory and compliance services, risk assessments, technology contracts and vendor risk management, and security incident response. As an ANSI-Accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Sarah has extensive experience guiding clients through the legal and business aspects of cyber risk mitigation.
She has performed hundreds of cybersecurity risk assessments for private equity portfolio companies and has advised a variety of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to tech start-ups, across all industry verticals. Clients appreciate Sarah’s ability to simplify the complex and handle high pressure situations with an even-keeled manner, focusing on pragmatic business solutions to cyber risk issues. She is a frequent speaker and author on cybersecurity risk management topics and former adjunct cybersecurity law professor. Ms. Glover received her J.D., magna cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law and holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama.
Tripp Watson is the founder of The Watson Firm. He is an “Entrepreneur Attorney,” which means that he is an an advocate and counselor to risk-takers. Tripp is one of the only individuals in the county who offers business consulting and legal advice specifically tailored to entrepreneurs of all sizes. From a family of entrepreneurs, Tripp went to law and business schools with the explicit purpose of opening a firm dedicated to advising aspiring and existing entrepreneurs with high-growth businesses.
