Mr. Carney practices law in Birmingham, focusing on the areas of wills, estates, elder law and special needs planning. Mr. Carney earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School. He obtained a B.A. from the University of Alabama, majoring in Spanish and history. Mr. Carney has also earned a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) professional designation.
