William J. Donald, III is a founding partner of the Tuscaloosa law firm of Donald, Randall & Donald, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of general defense law, civil litigation, insurance, automobile, subrogation, and general civil practice. He has been a practicing attorney in Alabama since 1976. He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama, and U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American and Tuscaloosa County Bar Associations, Alabama State Bar, and Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. He has been past president of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association. He has been actively mediating cases in Alabama for several years and is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediation Roster.
