He has been an attorney in Alabama for more than 15 years. While going to law school he worked as a law clerk and legal intern. He picked personal injury as a practice area because it enabled them to help those injured recover millions against big, powerful corporations like insurance companies while making our community safer for everyone.
William J. Donald, III is a founding partner of the Tuscaloosa law firm of Donald, Randall & Donald, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of general defense law, civil litigation, insurance, automobile, subrogation, and general civil practice. He has been a practicing attorney in Alabama since 1976. He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama, and U.S. Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American and Tuscaloosa County Bar Associations, Alabama State Bar, and Alabama Defense Lawyers Association. He has been past president of the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association.
