Prince Glover Hayes


Coe Baxter is a partner in the law firm of Prince, Glover & Hayes where he has represented clients in civil litigation for the past 15 years.  His primary practice focuses on personal injury, bad faith, wrongful death, retaliatory discharge, and complex commercial litigation. Coe graduated from the University of Alabama and returned to his hometown of Montgomery to attend Jones School of Law. While at Jones, he participated in trial advocacy, appellate advocacy, mediation teams and served on the editorial board of The Jones Law Review. 


Coe has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers from 2016 to the present. In 2017, he was selected for national membership into The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 (one of only 40 lawyers in Alabama selected “based on performance as an exceptional young trial lawyer.”).   Coe is married to the former Meredith Ann Cramer of Tuscaloosa – they have 3 boys, ages 10, 8, and 5.
