Mr. Drake received his B.A. and J.D. from The University of Alabama. He practices in the areas of product liability, industrial accidents, construction site injuries, bad faith, auto and trucking accidents and medical malpractice. Mr. Drake has authored several articles and seminar handouts on nursing home abuse, worker's compensation, and industrial accidents. He has been a speaker for ABICLE and Cumberland CLE programs and he has lectured extensively on trial skills and effective strategies in the courtroom. Mr. Drake is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Alabama Association for Justice and is AV rated by Martendale-Hubbel.
