This seminar will cover an update on happenings at the Alabama State Bar, ethics and discipline of bad lawyers, and ethical conundrums bankruptcy attorneys face.

Mr. McIntire is currently employed with the Office of General Counsel at the Alabama State Bar. Prior to attending law school, he was a police officer with the City of Tuscaloosa. He graduated from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2002. After law school, he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Capital Litigation Division from 2002-2006, where he primarily handled Rule 32 appeals and federal habeas appeals.
