The OBBBA brings significant changes, including a "permanent" $15 million lifetime exemption for estate, gift, and GST taxes, expanded SALT deduction caps, and new charitable giving limitations. Our seminar will explore these updates and provide strategic guidance on leveraging tools like Grantor Retained Annuity Trusts (GRATs), Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts (SLATs), and dynasty trusts to optimize your clients' estate plans.
