Description
A well-drafted partnership or operating agreement is essential to protecting both the business and its owners. Beyond the boilerplate, these agreements define decision-making authority, allocate profits and losses, set rules for ownership transfers, and establish a roadmap for resolving disputes. Too often, small businesses rely on generic templates that fail to address critical issues - leading to unnecessary conflict and risk.
