Ray has nearly 25 years of experience in public accounting and corporate environments, both domestically and internationally. He leads various litigation support, management consulting, and intellectual property engagements across a wide range of industries. He has significant experience in litigation support across a broad set of engagements ranging from breach of contract, fraud investigations and intellectual property matters. He has performed numerous business valuation engagements related to financial securities and privately held companies.
In the area of intellectual property, Ray has led engagements addressing the calculation of lost profits associated with patent infringement and has also extensive experience in the analysis of secondary indicia of nonobviousness in support of patent infringement matters. He has also assisted corporate executive management in the assessment and due diligence associated with strategic decision-making. Ray has led numerous risk assessments focusing on the identification, measurement, mitigation, and reporting of critical risks faced by organizations. Prior to joining the firm, Ray held executive leadership roles within two S&P 500 energy companies. As Chief Risk Officer at Allegheny Energy, Ray was part of an executive management team responsible for the financial stabilization and turn-around of a distressed integrated utility with both regulated and unrelated merchant operations. He was responsible for periodic reports to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors regarding all aspects of Enterprise Risk Management. He oversaw the corporation’s assessment and mitigation of exposures to market, credit, operational, and compliance risks. Prior to his nine year tenure at Allegheny Energy and FirstEnergy, Ray worked as a consultant with both a “Big Four” accounting firm and as a partner in a start-up venture. During his seven years with Ernst & Young, LLC, Ray worked both domestically and on assignment in England. He received his B.S., Economics, with a concentration in Finance and Accounting (magna cum laude) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Randall Griffith Related Seminars and Products
Dr. Randall Griffith is a clinical psychologist who is board certified in clinical neuropsychology and in private practice in the Birmingham area since 2010. He is licensed in the states of Alabama and Florida. He obtained his Ph.D. from Finch University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School in 2002, and completed a one-year internship at West Virginia University prior to moving to Birmingham, Alabama, where he completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology in the UAB Department of Neurology. Subsequently, he was an assistant professor in the Neurology Department, pursuing research in memory disorders and epilepsy using various neuroimaging techniques.
Dr. Griffith’s clinical practice focuses on assessment of adults with a variety of cognitive issues, including memory disorders, traumatic brain injury, and attention issues. He has participated as a neuropsychologist in the NFL Concussion Settlement since 2016, evaluating retired NFL players for potential benefits as part of the settlement. He has also consulted on various criminal and civil cases in both state and federal courts in Alabama. Outside of work, he enjoys a variety of leisure activities, including music collecting, boating, and spending time with his family.

Mr. R. Matthew Glover, originally from Charleston, West Virginia, earned his B.S. in
accounting in 1998 from Marshall University and his J.D. in 2002 from The University of Alabama School of Law. His primary practice is in bad faith litigation. Mr. Glover currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alabama School of Law. He mentors and coaches future trial lawyers in courtroom procedure and the many elements of trial litigation.

Kelly Kennett specializes in the biomechanics of human injury and accident reconstruction, with emphasis on traumatic injuries related to transportation, recreation, and industry. His expertise includes the following areas: • Injury biomechanics—evaluation of injury severity, causation, and correlation with dynamic and static events. Inspection and analysis of vehicular restraint systems, protective gear, and other injury prevention and mitigation devices. Knowledge and application of motor vehicle and consumer product safety standards. • Reconstruction and investigation of incidents involving all types of vehicles, including on- and off-road vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, and industrial equipment.
Before Momentum PMV, Mr. Kennett worked at Exponent Failure Analysis Associates, Inc., ProAnalysis, Inc., and InSciTech, Inc. He has also served as a researcher at the Automobile Safety Laboratory of the University of Virginia. He received his M.S. (Department of Mechanical Engineering) from University of Virginia in 995 and his B.S. (Aerospace Engineering)from the University of Virginia in 1994
