Mr. Schilleci focuses on business planning, succession planning, real estate, taxation, estate planning, and probate administration. He frequently partners with business owners and professionals, providing unique solutions to ensure an efficient transfer of ownership of closely-held companies to the next generation. Mr. Schilleci also works with families of children with special needs to preserve government benefits eligibility for such children, while ensuring they maintain the quality of life to which they are accustomed. He serves as the reporter for the Alabama Law Institute’s Standing Committee on Trusts and is a member of the Jefferson County GOP Executive Committee. In the past, Mr. Schilleci has served as General Counsel to the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyers Program, and sat on the executive committee of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Probate Committee, where he served as CLE chair and Social Chair.He received his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from The University of Alabama, and his LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law.
