Total Credits: 1.0 CLE
While any particular closing you handle in your office may be one of many you handle that week, or maybe even that day, it may be the first and only closing for the Purchaser. Additionally, the job you do as closing attorney reflects on the one who selected you to handle the transaction. It is important that each closing be given careful attention and handled in a manner which affirms the importance of the transaction to all parties involved. The discussion will cover a checklist, or helpful reminders, to guide you to make each closing successful.
