Mr. David B. Welborn is originally from Alexander City and is the managing partner of Browder & Welborn, LLC, headquartered in Tuscaloosa with additional offices in Birmingham and Alexander City. After graduating from Benjamin Russell High School, David earned a bachelor’s in finance, minor in economics, with a concentration in real estate, from the University of Alabama and then earned a JD/MBA from the University in December of 2008. He practiced with a large law firm in Atlanta before he and his wife returned home to Alabama. David’s knowledge and experience in finance, real estate, and business is a great asset in assisting clients with estate, business and tax planning. Recently, David earned a Certification in Private Equity from Wharton Online at the University of Pennsylvania & WSP. David is admitted to practice in Alabama, Georgia, and before the U.S. Tax Court. David is a frequent presenter at Continuing Legal Education seminars, was selected to the Super Lawyers Estate Planning & Probate Rising Star list for three years in a row and is involved with numerous volunteer and civic organizations.”
