Mr. Gerety is an attorney with Protective Life in Birmingham. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President in the legal department of Region Banks; as General Counsel for a financial institution headquartered in Birmingham; and advised many companies across the states of Alabama and Florida while in private practice. Mr. Gerety received his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law and served as law clerk to federal Judge Robert Varner. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Masters in Business Management degree from Birmingham-Southern College. Mr. Gerety is a long-time speaker and presider at CLE Alabama seminars.

Mr. Goggans maintains an active litigation practice and is listed in the National Directory of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is a Past President of the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and received the Mollie S. Jordan Award of Excellence from that organization in 1991. He is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and he serves on the Alabama Supreme Court's Advisory Committee on Rules of Criminal Procedure. He is the author of Alabama Tort Law (7th Edition) (Lexis 2021) and the treatises, Alabama Tort Law (4th Edition) (Lexis 2004), Alabama Tort Law (3rd Edition) (Lexis/Michie 2000), Alabama Tort Law (2d Edition) (Michie 1996) and the Alabama Tort Law Handbook (Michie 1990), and their respective annual supplements, and Chapter 68, Fraud, ATLA's Litigating Tort Cases (Thomson-West 2003). Mr. Roberts has written various articles on tort and litigation topics in the Alabama Law Review, Cumberland Law Review, the Alabama Lawyer, and the Alabama Trial Lawyers Journal and is a frequent speaker at CLE seminars. He served as Law Clerk to Presiding Judge L. Charles Wright, Court of Civil Appeals of Alabama. Mr. Roberts has served with the Etowah County Bar Association (past President and past Secretary-Treasurer); the Alabama Law Foundation; The Alabama Lawyer (Editorial Board); the Alabama Association for Justice (Amicus Curiae Committee, Executive Committee); Inns of Court; and the American Association for Justice. He serves as an arbitrator in cases through the American Arbitration Association. He has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates, has been named to Best Lawyers in America since 2001, and was the recipient of the 2003 Walter P. Gewin Award from CLE Alabama.

A graduate of Loyola University, Ms. Campisi earned her law degree from Birmingham School of Law and her LL.M. from The University of Alabama School of Law. Ms. Campisi's passion is grounded in serving the legal needs of the elderly and the disabled. She helped create a network of attorneys sharing this passion when she served as founding chair of the Alabama Elder Law Section.  A Certified Elder Law Attorney through the National Elder Law Foundation, she is a career long member of the American Bar, Alabama State Board and the Birmingham Bar  Association. Whitney Brown is a shareholder with the firm. Whitney represents  employers in a range of employment litigation, including harassment and  discrimination cases, Family Medical Leave Act, and cases involving  state law claims. Over the past few years, Whitney’s practice has led  her to manage the defenses of three multi-plaintiff race or national  origin discrimination and retaliation cases. This included mapping a  course that led to our client’s receiving summary judgment on all of the  claims by ten individual plaintiffs. A significant focus of her  litigation has been on health care facilities and restaurants. Whitney  enjoys helping these employers come up with solutions to the particular  challenges they face.  Whitney also counsels and educates employers on all employment  related topics and especially navigating employee health issues at the  intersections of the FMLA, ADA, PDA, and attendance policies. Whitney  leads the firm’s Effective Supervisor® program on a regular basis and is  also frequently invited to speak to clients, industry associations, and  human resources groups about a variety of emerging trends in employment  law.

Price Evans is Vice President and Commercial Underwriting Counsel at Mississippi Valley Title Services Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He advises Company agents and approved attorneys on title insurance policy coverages and handles commercial real estate transactions throughout Alabama and across the country. Price is a co-author of soon to be published Alabama Property Rights and Remedies, Sixth Edition, professor at Birmingham School of Law, member of the Alabama Law Institute Real Estate Study Committee and a frequent speaker on real property and title insurance matters. 

He is involved with the Alabama State Bar, having served two terms as Chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section and a member of the ASB Leadership Forum Class 15 (2020). Price is also an active member in the Birmingham Bar Association, having served as the Secretary/Treasurer, along with previous officer positions with the Young Lawyers Section, and participant in the Future Leaders Forum (2016). Price also is the Alabama Governmental Affairs Chairman for the Southeast Land Title Association. Price received a B.A. from The University of Alabama and a J.D., with honors, from Birmingham School of Law.
