Adrianne Thompson is Of Counsel in Dentons Sirote’s Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice based in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama office. She enjoys helping clients implement strategies to achieve their goals, whether through basic estate planning for individuals and families, or more complex planning to minimize estate and income tax burdens. She advises closely held business owners and families on the formation of business entities, such as limited liability companies and partnerships, as well as business succession planning and negotiating and structuring the sale of their business.
In her practice she also assists clients with prenuptial agreements, and provides counsel to fiduciaries and beneficiaries on all phases of trust administration, and assists families with probate and estate administration after the loss of a family member. Adrianne also helps clients achieve their philanthropic and charitable goals through lifetime and planned giving, and assists clients with special needs planning, including drafting Supported Decision-Making Agreements.

Additionally, Peter routinely handles adversarial and non-adversarial guardianship and conservatorship matters, and has been appointed to mediate various trust and estate administration disputes.
