Hannah Cassady is an Associate Attorney at Dominick Feld Hyde, P.C., where her practice focuses on estate planning and estate and trust administration. Hannah obtained her J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law in 2022. While at Cumberland, Hannah was a Research Editor on the Cumberland Law Review, a Judge Abraham Caruthers Legal Writing Fellow, and interned for the Hon. Abdul K. Kallon and for the Hon. John H. England, III.
Ashley’s practice includes estate planning, estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, corporate and business transactions and litigation. Ashley regularly represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in estate, probate, and trust settings, including will contests and estate and trust administration matters. Additionally, Ashley routinely handles both adversarial and non-adversarial guardianship and conservatorship matters. Ashley is married to Mary-Michael Neese. They have four children and live in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
