In this seminar, we will take you through an actual previously litigated nursing home wrongful death case, beginning with case intake and evaluation, through filing, discovery and expert witness disclosures and depositions, and ultimately the resolution of the case.

Mr. Shuttlesworth has a particular focus on nursing home neglect and abuse cases over the last fifteen years. Mr. Shuttlesworth is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, The Best Lawyers in America, and has received Martindale-Hubbell’s AV rating.
Mr. Shuttlesworth obtained a Bachelor of Science in corporate finance and investment management from The University of Alabama in 1987. While at the University, he served as a Capstone Man and President of Jasons Senior Men’s Honor Society. In 1990, he graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Mr. Shuttlesworth is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia.
