Mr. Bostick is a member of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group in the Birmingham office of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP.  Mr. Bostick received his B.S. from Auburn University, his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law and his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.  Mr. Bostick is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of Birmingham.  His practice primarily involves estate and trust planning and administration, business succession planning and taxation.

Adrianne Thompson is Of Counsel in Dentons Sirote’s Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice based in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama office. She enjoys helping clients implement strategies to achieve their goals, whether through basic estate planning for individuals and families, or more complex planning to minimize estate and income tax burdens.  She advises closely held business owners and families on the formation of business entities, such as limited liability companies and partnerships, as well as business succession planning and negotiating and structuring the sale of their business.

In her practice she also assists clients with prenuptial agreements, and provides counsel to fiduciaries and beneficiaries on all phases of trust administration, and assists families with probate and estate administration after the loss of a family member.  Adrianne also helps clients achieve their philanthropic and charitable goals through lifetime and planned giving, and assists clients with special needs planning, including drafting Supported Decision-Making Agreements.

Jack Amster is an associate at Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office, where he is a member of the Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation practice. Jack focuses on assisting individuals, families, and businesses with estate and tax planning matters and trust and estate administration, as well as wealth transfer issues and business succession. His practice includes preparing and administering wills and trusts, advising fiduciaries on estate and trust administration, assisting with the formation and reorganization of closely held corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, and implementing leveraged wealth transfer techniques.

Jack also holds a degree in finance and a minor in political science from Auburn University, where he was a distinguished student.

Daniel S. Perkins is an associate at Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office. He focuses on trust and estate planning, as well as tax planning, providing comprehensive guidance to individuals, families, and businesses in matters ranging from estate and tax planning to trust and estate administration and business succession planning.

Daniel holds an LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law and earned his JD, magna cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, he distinguished himself as an articles editor for the Alabama Law Review and was actively involved in various organizations, including the Business Law Society, Law and Economics Society, and Christian Legal Society. He was also treasurer of the Alabama Law Alumni Society and spent two consecutive summers as a summer associate at Dentons.

Before attending law school, Daniel earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from The University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude with a perfect 4.0 GPA. He held leadership roles as a Senator and Vice President for Financial Affairs in the Student Government Association and was a member of the Honors College and Jason’s Honorary Society. In 2021, he was recognized as UA's Fraternity Man of the Year and served on the executive council of Pi Kappa Phi.
