Mr. Anthony is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate section and a member of the Trust, Estates and Business Planning, Family Business, and Fiduciary Advisory Services practice groups.  He focuses his practice on advising clients with respect to their estate and tax planning needs, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and other documents to implement plans to achieve their goals regarding tax planning, charitable giving and wealth preservation. Mr. Anthony also advises clients with respect to their business planning needs, including formation and choice of entity issues, day-to-day general counsel services, and succession and exit planning. Mr. Anthony received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he volunteered with Law Students for Innocence & Prisoner Rights and worked with the Intellectual Property & the Arts Legal Clinic. He earned his B.S. in Economics and B.S. Finance, summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama, where he was a Presidential Scholar and member of the Honors College. He also received the Faculty Excellence Award in Economics.

Mr. Busby received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law, and his B.S. from Auburn University.  His practice at Sirote focuses on estate planning for individuals, including advising clients in planning their estates to accomplish personal goals and minimize estate taxes. He also helps clients develop charitable giving techniques and establish both public and private tax-exempt entities

Ms. Lamar-Hart received her B.A. from Birmingham-Southern College, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal. Following law school, she clerked for the Honorable Seybourn H. Lynne, Senior District Judge, Northern District of Alabama. Cynthia is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), is a member of the Birmingham Estate Planning Council, is Past President of the Birmingham Bar Probate Section and serves as a member of the standing Alabama Law Institute committee for trusts and estates legislation. Cynthia serves as Chair of the Estate Planning, Fiduciary Advisory Services and Fiduciary Litigation practice groups at Maynard Cooper. Mr. Schilleci focuses on business planning, succession planning, real estate, taxation, estate planning, and probate administration. He frequently partners with business owners and professionals, providing unique solutions to ensure an efficient transfer of ownership of closely-held companies to the next generation. Mr. Schilleci also works with families of children with special needs to preserve government benefits eligibility for such children, while ensuring they maintain the quality of life to which they are accustomed. He serves as the reporter for the Alabama Law Institute’s Standing Committee on Trusts and is a member of the Jefferson County GOP Executive Committee. In the past, Mr. Schilleci has served as General Counsel to the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyers Program, and sat on the executive committee of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Probate Committee, where he served as CLE chair and Social Chair.He received his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from The University of Alabama, and his LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Chambers is a shareholder in the firm. He holds a J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. He is licensed to practice law in the States of Alabama and Florida.

Mr. Chambers has experience in a wide range of commercial matters, including the selection and organization of business entities. He regularly represents parties to mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Chambers also has a great deal of experience representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions.  In addition to commercial matters, Mr. Chambers’ practice includes estate planning, the drafting of wills and trusts, and the administration of trusts and estates. He also advises individuals and business entities regarding tax matters and represents corporate and individual taxpayers in federal and state tax controversies.

Ashley regularly represents beneficiaries and fiduciaries in estate, probate, and trust settings, including will contests and estate and trust administration matters. Additionally, Ashley routinely handles both adversarial and non-adversarial guardianship and conservatorship matters.   Ashley is married to Mary-Michael Neese. They have four children and live in Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
