Mr. Conte practiced law for almost 20 years with Helmsing Leach Herlong Newman & Rouse PC in Mobile before being appointed the Chapter 13 Truestee for the Southern District of Alabama in 2022. He received his BA with Honors from the University of South Alabama and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law.
Mrs. Gore graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee at Martin and Cumberland School of Law. She served as the judicial law clerk for the Hon. L. Chandler Watson. She was appointed Chapter 13 Trustee and Chapter 12 Trustee for the Eastern Division of the Northern District of Alabama in March, 1991. She has taught Business law for Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. She is an active member of the NACTT and serves as Chair of the Trustee Outreach committee. She also serves on the Editorial Board for the NACTT Quarterly and she is the author of the case notes section of that periodical. In 2012 and 2014, she received awards for her outstanding service to other Trustees from the NACTT.
