Kendall Dunson, Beasley Allen Crow Methvin Portis & Miles PC
Kendall handles product liability, general personal injury and workers’ compensation cases involving defective industrial machinery as a member of Beasley Allen Law Firm’s Personal Injury and Product Liability Section. He has worked on numerous cases to compensate clients for their losses and influence corporations to design and manufacture safer products.  
Joseph Stuart Miller, Starnes Davis Florie LLP

Mr. Miller is a 1986 graduate of The University of Alabama and a 1992 graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law.  He has been with Starnes Davis Florie LLP since 1992.  His work includes defending physicians and other health care providers in medical malpractice lawsuits.  He has tried over 85 cases to juries.  Mr. Miller is a Diplomate of The American Board of Trial Advocates and a Fellow of American College of Trial Lawyers.  He is licensed in Alabama and Tenn. 

Preston Trousdale, trousdale ryan p.c.

Mr. Trousdale is a 1985 graduate of The University of Alabama and a 1988 graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law.  He is a partner and the founding member of Trousdale Ryan P.C. in Florence.  His work is devoted almost exclusively to personal injury litigation.  He has tried in excess of 100 cases to jury verdict in counties across north Alabama.  Mr. Trousdale is a member of The American Board of Trial Advocates and a Fellow of American College of Trial Lawyers.
