This seminar will cover the practice of land surveyor, Public land Survey System (PLSS), minimum standard detail requirements for land title survey, legal descriptions, emerging technology and more.
Mr. Breighner has over 40 years of experience in land surveying and survey mapping. He has served as President and Vice-President of the Birmingham Chapter of the Alabama Society of Professional Land Surveyors. He is a former Chairman of the ASPLS Liaison Committee with the Alabama Board of Licensure and currently serves as a Governor appointed Board Member of the Alabama Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
