Mr. Hereford received his B.S. from the Univ. of Alabama at Huntsville and his J.D. from Vanderbilt Univ.  His practice is focused on real property title issues, real property tax liens and deeds, and ejectment/quiet title cases, and he is experienced in construction, commercial, bankruptcy, creditor's rights and landlord tenant litigation.  He is included in Best Lawyers in America in the fields of Litigation – Real Estate and Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law, receiving Best Lawyers’ 2019 “Lawyer of the Year” designation in Birmingham, Alabama for Litigation – Real Estate.  He is a member of the American, Alabama and Birmingham Bar Associations, and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.  He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama, and has practiced before all district and bankruptcy courts in Alabama and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
