This seminar will discuss ethical issues involved when communicating with clients, using AI to communicate and the types of AI available such as ChatGPT.
Christopher Gerety, Protective Life Insurance Company
Mr. Gerety is an attorney with Protective Life in Birmingham. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President in the legal department of Region Banks; as General Counsel for a financial institution headquartered in Birmingham; and advised many companies across the states of Alabama and Florida while in private practice. Mr. Gerety received his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law and served as law clerk to federal Judge Robert Varner. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Masters in Business Management degree from Birmingham-Southern College. Mr. Gerety is a long-time speaker and presider at CLE Alabama seminars.
