Kelly May is a founding partner of the law firm of Clark, May, Price in Birmingham and has actively practiced throughout Alabama for over 35 years. His practice is focused on matters involving professional liability and real estate disputes, including representing real estate agents and brokers.  Additionally, he frequently counsels and provides seminars to brokers and agents on Alabama real estate license law. Mr. May received a B.S. degree from Auburn University, an M.B.A. degree from Samford University and a J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law.
